Seems new to the business. Needs some help and encouragement. we stayed for one night, my wife got stung in the face by a scorpion, then we find bed bugs in our bed. was supposed to be a relaxing two day getaway with my wife. Was not the case at. we have reached out to the help desk multiple times and no response. we even told the staff on premises and she laughed.. such a shame. nice place, nice location. poorly maintained.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0

Would only recommend for someone wanting to stay longer than 2 days so they could have the bathroom water issue fixed. Not for someone unless they want to drive to an from (with wet bathing suit) the pool

My family and I had a great weekend here! I hope to come back soon, I enjoyed the lakeview and the time away from city life. Great place to make memories with the ones you hold and love dear. What a beautiful area to spend time with your family and friends. My son brought his boat, and they all went either fishing or pulling everyone around in a water boat and having the best time throwing them out and around the water they all had so much fun. Then going to all the different areas, you can go and float the rives. We went to the bottomless boat to see the fish and turtles we loved that it was so relaxing. And then my crew followed up with playing water volleyball in the pool. They have music at night and fun around the pool. It was our first time and not our last. Just remember to ask for the elevator area if you cannot do stairs that was a little hard for me, but I did make it. They have the most amazing Italian restaurant a must go too. Our vacation home was the best we have ever stayed at! Comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. The screened porch was wonderful to sit on and watch the deer playing in the yard. We can't wait to go back and stay again! It was spacious but cozy and well maintained. It was just lovely. The neighborhood is quiet during evening hours and we felt so comfortable. I just can't think of any drawbacks to staying here!RandaUnited States of America

The pool areas are so enjoyable with music, food and drinks!! This Resort will definitely be our go to when in this area!!
